About the Role
We are looking for a strategic technology executive to shape and lead an enterprise-wide digital vision. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to align technology direction with organizational goals, strengthen decision-making frameworks, and guide long-term investment planning. The ideal candidate will bring a forward-looking perspective on infrastructure, platforms, and innovation while ensuring technology enables efficiency, resilience, and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and advance a long-range technology and digital strategy that supports enterprise objectives and future growth.
- Act as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex technology considerations into clear business recommendations.
- Create and maintain governance models, architectural principles, and prioritization methods that improve consistency across technology decisions.
- Build and oversee an enterprise roadmap that sequences initiatives, balances resources, and supports strategic outcomes.
- Assess major technology initiatives, platform options, sourcing approaches, and external partnerships to guide sound investment choices.
- Lead evaluation of infrastructure and digital capabilities, including cloud environments, network technologies, and enterprise systems, to improve performance and scalability.
- Promote the use of modern delivery practices such as Agile Scrum to accelerate execution and increase organizational responsiveness.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, where they can deliver practical and sustainable value.
- Ensure technology planning and spending contribute to operational effectiveness, organizational resilience, and mission impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles with responsibility for enterprise strategy, governance, and digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure environments, including AWS technologies, Cisco technologies, core infrastructure, and Active Directory.
- Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership and influence high-level decisions on technology investments and priorities.
- Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards, governance processes, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and leading teams through strategic planning and execution.
- Understanding of hardware, platform, and enterprise systems considerations that affect scalability, security, and reliability.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence trends and the ability to evaluate practical use cases within a business environment.
