Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the PCB industry
  • Set and manage annual sales targets to align with growth objectives
  • Ensure overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
  • Implement account strategies to enhance long-term partnerships and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Promote a culture focused on results and customer satisfaction
  • Lead negotiations and program launches with global clients

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in sales or business development within PCB or EMS industries
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing regional sales teams
  • Proven track record with high-value accounts globally worth >$250M
  • Experience with Tier 1 OEMs and high-tech clients in networking and semiconductor sectors
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with pricing strategy and margin management
  • Deep knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
