Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the PCB industry
- Set and manage annual sales targets to align with growth objectives
- Ensure overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization
- Implement account strategies to enhance long-term partnerships and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Promote a culture focused on results and customer satisfaction
- Lead negotiations and program launches with global clients
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sales or business development within PCB or EMS industries
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing regional sales teams
- Proven track record with high-value accounts globally worth >$250M
- Experience with Tier 1 OEMs and high-tech clients in networking and semiconductor sectors
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with pricing strategy and margin management
- Deep knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
