Role Responsibilities
- Own East Coast bookings and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-centricity while coaching leaders and sellers to exceed targets.
- Define and execute a regionally tailored GTM strategy, including vertical-specific plays across Manufacturing, Public Sector, Higher Education, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO), positioning JAGGAER as a strategic partner in procurement and supply chain transformation.
- Drive rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales execution.
- Implement scalable processes to ensure predictability, accuracy, and performance against targets.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Product teams to support complex, high-value sales cycles and deliver differentiated customer outcomes.
- Continuously assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine regional strategy and strengthen JAGGAER’s value proposition.
Position Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in senior regional or multi-regional leadership roles.
- Consistent track record of exceeding $10M+ annual regional revenue targets.
- Prominent ability to engage and sell to C-level stakeholders in complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing, geographically distributed sales teams.
- Strong operational rigor with a data-driven approach to forecasting, territory planning, and execution.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
