Vice President Sales, e-Commerce & Retail

Essential Functions

• Strategic planning, innovative business solutions and global thought leadership
• Collaboration with global marketing to evolve our portfolio and drive revenue growth
• Alliances sales strategies and tactics across the enterprise, regions and go-to-market channels
• Delivering clear executive level concepts and strategies both written and verbally
• Clear understanding of global supply chain activities and global market conditions in a multi-national customer base
• Executing negotiations that meet and exceed company growth and profit improvement goals
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams to optimal performance
• Executive level interpersonal communication skills (internal / external)
• Fostering customer relationships across business segments, departments, and leadership levels
• Significant understanding of the enterprise and networks worldwide
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage future leaders
• International travel required

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong management, C-Level negotiation skills, business acumen, human relations, analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to coach teams in developing long-term customer solutions that drive meaningful value leveraging our Air and Surface portfolios

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ten (10) years commercial sales and sales management experience, including demonstrated successful management experience

• The desired location for this position would be Southern California.
