We need to output only HTML fragment with sections for headings present: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who We Are", then description of role, then "Key Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills That Will Make You Successful In This Role", "How Success Will Be Measured", "Our Core Values". Also maybe "Pay" and "Schedule" not present, so omit. Also "Benefits" not present. So we need sections: About the role? The heading "Who We Are" is more about company, but we can treat as About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map sections accordingly. "Who We Are" could be considered About the role? Actually it's about company, but we can still use About the role heading. Or we could omit if not matching exactly? The instruction says use those headings for section headings; we should use them when the posting has real content. So we can create

About the role

and put the "Who We Are" paragraph(s) there. Then

Responsibilities

for Key Responsibilities.

Qualifications

for Qualifications.

Skills

for Skills That Will Make You Successful In This Role.

How Success Will Be Measured

maybe not in list but we can still use heading? The instruction only gave examples; we can still use other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. For "How Success Will Be Measured" we could incorporate into Responsibilities or Skills? Better to make a separate section but maybe not required. Could treat as part of Responsibilities? Might be okay to add a heading like "Performance Metrics". But instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "How Success Will Be Measured" into Responsibilities or Skills. However it's distinct. I'd create a section with heading "How Success Will Be Measured" as

How Success Will Be Measured

. It's not in the examples but likely acceptable. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, just gives examples. So fine. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need to convert each bullet into
  • . The responsibilities are paragraphs with multiple sentences; we can split by sentences? Better to treat each line starting with a verb as a list item. The responsibilities section includes multiple paragraphs each starting with a bolded phrase? Actually the text: "Lead Revenue Cycle Strategy and Cash Performance Own Guardian’s enterprise strategy, operating model, and performance for Estimating and Claims Management.Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, operating reviews, and accountability mechanisms across cash conversion, AR aging, estimate quality, supplement performance, claims management effectiveness, disputes, write-offs, bad debt, revenue leakage, and team productivity.Establish and implement enterprise best practices and performance standards across Guardian’s currently distributed operating model.Determine which revenue-cycle activities should remain local, be regionalized, or be centralized based on quality, speed, cost-to-serve, customer experience, and financial outcomes.Partner with the CFO, executive leadership, and functional leaders to align on operating-model changes and lead their implementation across markets.Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury to strengthen claims management forecasting, working-capital visibility, cash planning, and performance reporting.Work with Operations to define Guardian’s estimating strategy and translate it into clear documentation, quality-control, and execution expectations.Manage bad-debt expense within established targets and advise Accounting and Operations on insurance-reserve treatment.Build a lean, scalable staffing model that improves productivity, reduces duplication, and supports growth without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead.Balance collection speed, net ticket quality, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness when setting priorities and making decisions." That's a long paragraph with sentences separated by periods but no line breaks. We need to split into list items. Could treat each sentence as an
  • . Similarly for other sections. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all content. Splitting into sentences preserves content. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The text doesn't have those. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
