Vice President, Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, patient safety, risk management, and corporate compliance programs across the organization
• Serve as the organization's Patient Safety Officer and oversee regulatory readiness, accreditation, and NYPORTS reporting
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Direct claims management, risk financing, and liability reduction strategies
• Provide leadership for quality committees, compliance education, and continuous performance improvement efforts

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related healthcare field required
• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required; specialty certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive hospital leadership experience in quality, patient safety, risk management, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, root cause analysis, claims management, accreditation standards, and hospital quality improvement

Pay

$230,000 to $250,000
