Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate operational risks in product development
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading complex technical program portfolios in enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven experience in scalable product delivery lifecycles and agile engineering analytics
- Strong ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable engineering milestones
- Commitment to clear development ownership and shared milestones
- Experience in driving engineering operational changes
- Strong decision-making skills in technical trade-offs under pressure
- Exceptional communication of technical roadmaps for cross-functional teams
