Vice President Product & Solution Marketing

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and category vision to forecast industry changes and influence product strategy
• Conduct enterprise-scale market and competitive intelligence to identify key opportunities
• Define and articulate compelling buyer personas and category narratives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to craft company-wide positioning and messaging frameworks
• Oversee the execution of integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches
• Enhance sales readiness and partner GTM alignment for ecosystem growth
• Drive revenue acceleration through analysis and strategic marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product, Solution, or Category Marketing leadership, preferably in Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology
• Experience operating at a $1B+ organizational scale is preferred
• Established track record in defining or redefining category narratives
• Proven executive experience engaging with CEO and board-level stakeholders
• Visionary thinker with a knack for anticipating shifts in industry dynamics, such as AI and regulations
• Strong revenue focus linking messaging to sales outcomes, with analytical decision-making aptitude
• Skilled at building and leading high-performance Product Marketing teams

Pay

$194,686 – $275,000 annually
