About the role
Nerdio is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing to lead the strategy, team, and execution behind bringing our products to market. This role will work closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and their teams to set and validate the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading product marketing initiatives, building and leading a team, and translating market insights into product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product marketing team, setting priorities and standards for how the function operates across the business.
- Closely work with the Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and their leaders to set and validate the go-to-market product strategy.
- Own bringing products to market, leading cross-functional launch planning and execution from readiness through post-launch measurement.
- Work closely with the integrated marketing and demand generation teams to build and maintain Nerdio's messaging framework, including nuances for IT teams and Managed Service Providers.
- Lead the development of our pricing and packaging, working closely with the product and sales teams.
- Leverage AI to build systems and workflows that translate our reference sources into content that can be repurposed at scale across mediums.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including several years leading and developing a product marketing team, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology company.
- Experience marketing within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, Microsoft 365) or a comparable cloud/EUC platform.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives, including the Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and their leaders, to shape shared strategy.
- Experience marketing to both enterprise IT teams and Managed Service Providers, or other dual-audience go-to-market motions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Comfort speaking in front of large audiences (e.g., conferences, internal sales teams) preferred.
- Hands-on comfort using AI tools to build content workflows and scale and standardize marketing output.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
