Vice President, Product Manager - Trust & Security Authentication Platforms and Modeling Team

Job Responsibilities

• Partners with Open Banking and other Product Managers to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Prepares the requirements, epics, and user stories to support technology development
• Prioritizes and executes product deliveries using agile methodologies, ensuring the most valuable and impactful features are delivered according to the product roadmap
• Effectively manages timelines and communications to senior management and stakeholders
• Partners with the quads to implement features by facilitating technical and non-technical discussions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Experience in tools supporting agile software development, issue tracking and project management, such as Jira, Figma and/or similar industry tools
• Proven record of delivering impactful product demonstrations
• Experience managing and delivering projects following software development lifecycle from inception to production
• Industry specific knowledge and experience in the areas of Authentication, Authorization and Identify lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Hands-on experience working with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect framework
• Some experience with API based products
• AWS certification is a plus
