Responsibilities
- Develop and drive innovative pharmacy benefit and operational strategies to ensure an excellent experience for Priority Health customers.
- Collaborate with Corewell Health Pharmacy leadership to proactively lower the cost of care by sharing data and ideas.
- Engage other teams in cross-functional improvements that impact the utilization of pharmaceutical products.
- Work with the President of Priority Health and the President of Corewell Health West to ensure we are lowering the cost of care by sharing data and ideas.
- Participate in the execution of the corporate-wide strategic plan.
- Attend provider committees to support the market-specific business needs for all markets.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
- Required: Doctorate Pharmacy Practice Residency.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in MBA, MHA, or MPH.
- Required: 10 years of relevant experience in leadership roles.
- Required: Licensed Clinical Pharmacist - State of Michigan upon hire.
- Required: Eligibility for benefits based on employment type and status.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is full-time with a schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
