This role is integral to developing advanced performance analyses and reporting solutions that support our fundraising efforts, investor communications, and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-depth performance analyses to support investor and consultant inquiries, as well as fundraising efforts.Design customized performance presentations and portfolio analyses tailored to investor specifications.Convert intricate investor requests into insightful analyses that align with our methodologies.Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine reporting techniques and improve performance presentations.Participate in establishing firmwide reporting standards and analytical frameworks.Seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality, collaborating with Technology and Data teams to implement improvements.Offer mentorship and technical guidance on reporting and analytical strategies.Engage in strategic projects and continuously expand knowledge of the private markets industry.Candidate RequirementsIdeal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess excellent review and proofreading capabilities. Essential qualifications include:A degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong academic background.At least 7 years of experience in performance analytics or investment reporting within private markets.A deep understanding of performance measurement concepts such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and performance attribution.Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into clear, investor-focused analyses.Experience in successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion.Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools or performance systems.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.Interest in or progress towards CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designations is preferred.We offer a comprehensive U.S. benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and work-life balance.
