About the Role
The Vice President, Performance Marketing – Channels, will lead Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search teams in developing strategy and executing tactics, managing an in-house team of performance marketing professionals, and delivering strong results for the Peacock business. This role is responsible for Social/Programmatic platform partnerships across Peacock and the broader Growth Marketing organization. It involves setting the strategy for how Performance Media channels drive incremental growth, overseeing cross-channel testing and measurement, and serving as a senior thought partner to Growth Strategy, Media Analytics, Finance, and external platform partners.
Responsibilities
- Own Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search strategy and execution across major platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google (DV360, YouTube), and others.
- Partner with Performance Planning leadership on channel investment strategy, budget oversight, and pacing.
- Lead day-to-day management of partner relationships with paid media platforms, ensuring alignment with Peacock business goals and driving innovation.
- Develop efficient media plans for Performance Campaigns in collaboration with counterparts.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and present in senior leadership settings to generate strategic alignment and evangelize Performance Marketing contributions.
- Oversee a team of Performance marketing professionals, serving as the primary decision-maker on campaign execution, optimizations, and channel strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media Analytics, Finance, Data Strategy) to align business objectives, deploy effective measurement solutions, and generate new approaches to challenges.
- Oversee the development and execution of a Learning Agenda and testing roadmap, serving as the primary decision-maker on test prioritization and design.
- Translate performance data and experimental results into clear strategic recommendations for improving channel performance and adopting new ad partners, products, and approaches.
- Manage and develop talented team members within Channel teams, providing regular feedback and career guidance to foster growth.
- Champion a culture of curiosity, rigorous testing, and constructive debate.
- Guide overall MarTech and data strategy for the Performance Marketing team, partnering with stakeholders to activate best-in-class tech solutions and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with deep Paid Social expertise.
- Deep platform expertise on major performance media channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google (DV360, YouTube), and others.
- Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated ability to connect data, strategy, and storytelling to provide recommendations and direction.
- Expertise with testing methodologies, experimental design, and ability to lead the planning and execution of a strategic learning agenda.
- Extensive experience working with Media Mix Modeling and Multi-touch Attribution measurement and planning solutions.

Schedule
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Pay
Salary range: $190,000 - $245,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
