Vice President, People

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, People to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead the people strategy for a growing organization, with a strong emphasis on building scalable programs that support growth and operational excellence. The Vice President, People will partner closely with executive leadership to translate business priorities into practical people initiatives. The position will also oversee key people functions, including rewards, systems, workplace operations, and executive administrative support.
