Vice President, Organization Effectiveness and Workforce Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead organization effectiveness strategy across design, transformation, and workforce planning
• Contribute to enterprise people strategy as a member of the People & Places leadership team
• Advises senior leaders on organizational structure and capabilities aligned with business strategy
• Translates business strategies into actionable workforce plans that enhance performance and growth
• Ensures alignment of organizational design and workforce strategy with enterprise transformation efforts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Organization Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, organizational development, and business transformation
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior individual contributors and managers
• Significant experience advising C-suite executives on organizational and workforce matters
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels

Pay

$210,000 – $250,000 annually
