About the Role

As a VP or Director within the HW Consumer organization, you will lead merger and acquisition advisory activities and serve as an integral leader in all of the firm's M&A advisory efforts. You will oversee the integrity of valuation analyses and M&A models developed with Financial Analysts and Associates, actively contribute during every phase of the deal process, and handle a high level of responsibility on transaction teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda.
  • Actively lead drafting sessions, due diligence meetings, and conversations with clients and counterparties.
  • Begin to participate in new business development.

Qualifications

  • University/college degree required; higher-level education such as a Master’s degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Typically requires 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; no specific certifications or licenses are mandated for this role.

Pay

Base Salary: $275,000.00. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
