About the role
The Vice President of Information Technology & Security plays a pivotal role in aligning the company's IT and security strategies with business objectives. They oversee the implementation and maintenance of end-to-end systems supporting DATAMARK's business services, ensuring maximum uptime, stability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Guides and mentors the Director of IT, Director of Security, and Director of Engineering to meet all company objectives.
- Leads the growth and technology in the contact center space.
- Develops in-house experts to support contact center operations effectively.
- Facilitates collaboration for the implementation of best practices in infrastructure, contact center support, networks, and software.
- Manages third-party relationships for global outsourcing of IT services.
- Manages third-party relationships for global outsourcing of Engineering services.
- Oversees the Information Security Program for the global enterprise.
- Manages the strategy, design, and maintenance of global technology infrastructure.
- Develops mitigating action plans to address project risks and gaps.
- Manages compliance auditing, monitoring, and improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal and external security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Call Center System Management, including CCaaS, AI support technologies, IVR, CRM, WFM, QM.
- At least 10 years of total IT field experience, including hands-on experience.
- At least 8 years of total Information Security experience, including hands-on experience.
- At least 8 years of total software industry field experience, including hands-on experience.
- At least 10 years related experience in complex project and program management, with expertise in large-scale organizational change, process reengineering, digital/technology enablement, or similar transformational initiatives.
- At least 8 years in an executive leadership position.
- BPO global experience is highly preferred.
