Who We Are Looking For… We are seeking a Vice President of Technology to help lead a dynamic infrastructure team that executes the organization's infrastructure strategy while ensuring stability, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems and networks. As a transformational leader, this role partners closely with leaders from Engineering, Software Development/Operations (DevOps), Security Operations (SecOps), and other business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leaders from DevOps, Engineering, SecOps and other teams to drive infrastructure strategies and deployment initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert on infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and performance while ensuring cost-effectiveness and business alignment
- Manage business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience planning initiatives
- Establish and maintain security standards across networks, infrastructure platforms, cloud environments and server systems
- Collaborate with network engineering leaders to develop, maintain, and continuously improve backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies
- Direct the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise information systems and infrastructure services
