Vice President of Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain function focused on non-hydrocarbon procurement
• Drive alignment across business units to optimize cost, service levels, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with Motiva's contracting, procurement, and governance standards
• Manage price, demand, specifications, and supply risk across the non-hydrocarbon supply chain
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and controls to enhance supply chain performance
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to enhance competitiveness and value
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering accountability, inclusion, and professional development
• Occasional international and domestic travel as business needs dictate

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant fields
• 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or commercial roles, including 7+ years in progressive leadership positions
• Demonstrated success leading through layers of leadership in a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
• Flexibility to changing business requirements and managing challenging situations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced setting
• Proven leadership experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• High level of judgment, initiative, and decision-making capability
