Responsibilities

  • Develops and improves sales strategies for LPC and service lines
  • Partners to create annual sales budgets and holds accountability for results
  • Oversees pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and operations
  • Collaborates on go-to-market strategies and analyzes market trends
  • Safeguards consistent use of sales methodologies across teams
  • Facilitates recruitment and development of sales leaders
  • Designs ongoing sales training programs focused on consultative selling
  • Manages and mentors direct reports within the sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience at a senior level
  • Proven success selling senior living products and services
  • Experience in enterprise-level sales strategy and revenue growth
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Advanced skills in technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
