Responsibilities
- Develops and improves sales strategies for LPC and service lines
- Partners to create annual sales budgets and holds accountability for results
- Oversees pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and operations
- Collaborates on go-to-market strategies and analyzes market trends
- Safeguards consistent use of sales methodologies across teams
- Facilitates recruitment and development of sales leaders
- Designs ongoing sales training programs focused on consultative selling
- Manages and mentors direct reports within the sales team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience at a senior level
- Proven success selling senior living products and services
- Experience in enterprise-level sales strategy and revenue growth
- Strong coaching, performance management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Advanced skills in technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
