About the role
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving aggressive revenue targets. This individual will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key client relationships, and drive growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Drive new business development through targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and/or sales management
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Experience in managing a diverse sales team
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools
