About the role
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team in achieving company goals and expanding market share. This individual will oversee all sales activities, develop strategic sales plans, and manage relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales teams and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics
- Manage client relationships and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of increasing sales revenue and market share
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

$150,000 - $200,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
