The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Vice President of Sales to join Olamee's executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer, this is not a role for a corporate operator — it's a role for a builder. You will be the architect of our go-to-market sales engine: designing the strategy, building the team, closing landmark deals, and creating the processes that scale. You will have a seat at the table where the company's most important decisions are made, and your fingerprints will be on everything we build commercially.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive all revenue generation for Olamee, from pipeline development through close, across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Partner with the CEO and CMO to develop and execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and product.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team — recruiting top talent, setting expectations, and coaching to consistent excellence.
  • Define and implement scalable sales processes, CRM infrastructure, forecasting frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a senior relationship owner for strategic accounts and key channel partners, representing Olamee at the highest levels.
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by channeling market feedback, competitive intelligence, and buyer insights to leadership.
  • Establish and grow partnerships — resellers, brokers, PEOs, and ecosystem allies — that extend our market reach.
  • Develop pricing strategies, packaging, and proposal frameworks in collaboration with the CEO and finance.

Experience & Background

  • 7–15 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role (VP, Head of Sales, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a sales function at an early-stage or growth-stage startup — you have done this before, not just watched it happen.
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals while managing a team focused on higher-velocity segments.
  • Experience working directly with a CEO or founder in a high-accountability, low-bureaucracy environment.

  • A competitive base salary commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
  • An uncapped performance-based commission tied to revenue and growth targets — we want you to win big when Olamee wins big.
