Job Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the Fixed Operations as well as support functions of assigned locations, responsible for meeting and exceeding annual budget
• Drive positive cultural mindset across assigned locations, supporting Allegiance Trucks cultural initiatives
• Achievement of highest level of factory programs (i.e. International Prestige Standards, Isuzu Circle of Excellence)
• Oversight of the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of locations across assigned footprint
• Support of whole goods and lease and rental operations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
• At least 8 years’ experience in the industry / dealership environment
• At least 8 years' experience in a leadership role
