Regional Vice President of Operations
About the role
We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) to provide executive-level leadership for a portfolio of select-service hotels within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, owner relations, and leadership development across the portfolio. The RVP partners with Regional Managers, General Managers, corporate teams, and ownership groups to establish accountability, execute company initiatives, and improve hotel performance. This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role requiring extensive travel, hands-on operational support, and the ability to lead multiple properties across a broad geographic area.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays and travel by car or air
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven business decisions
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Proven track record of improving hotel financial and operational results
Responsibilities
- Set performance expectations and hold Regional Managers and General Managers accountable for results
- Provide operational leadership for hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects
- Drive improvements in revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, service, and operating efficiency
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of select-service hotels, driving consistent performance across all properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel ownership groups, senior leadership, and property teams
Pay
Compensation: $125,000
