About the role

The Vice President of Quality at JAX oversees all quality assurance processes and initiatives to ensure high standards of product and service quality are maintained across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve quality control procedures
• Develop and implement quality improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance roles
• Proven track record of improving quality metrics
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
