About the role
This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all afterschool initiatives, ensuring our educational curriculum aligns with our Christian mission. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in education, proven leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset to scale our impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, growth, and daily execution of all New Horizons of SWFL programs.
- Ensure all programming reflects and integrates the organization's Christian faith and values.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate program staff.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs). Collect, track, and interpret data to measure program efficacy and student success.
- Ensure educational content meets high standards and complies with all state, local, and grant regulations.
- Build strong relationships with local schools, churches, parents, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- A dedicated, practicing Christian who agrees with and upholds our Statement of Faith.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a current/former school teacher or school administrator.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising staff, managing teams, and leading program operations.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and develop program metrics, analyze data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience ($55,000 - $62,000).
