About the role
Responsible for managing the strategic test integration across various projects. Oversee the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans to validate product functionality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting test outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant testing standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present test results to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
