About the role

Responsible for managing the strategic test integration across various projects. Oversee the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate product functionality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues affecting test outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant testing standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present test results to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
