Position Overview

Aveniya is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize all operational functions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, production, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and quality functions.

  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards to monitor efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Build scalable operational frameworks that support rapid growth and product commercialization.

  • Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

  • Drive production planning and capacity management initiatives.

  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs.

  • Optimize workflows, equipment utilization, and production processes.

  • Develop strategic sourcing and supplier management programs.

  • Ensure continuity of supply for critical materials, equipment, and components.

  • Manage inventory strategies to balance availability and working capital objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, quality standards, and operational requirements.

  • Partner with quality and engineering teams to maintain robust quality management systems.

  • Lead initiatives focused on risk mitigation, process validation, and operational reliability.

  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing operations teams.

  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

  • Build leadership succession plans and organizational capability.

  • Promote employee engagement, safety, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management.

  • Proven success leading operations in a high-growth technology, manufacturing, medical device, industrial, or advanced materials environment.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, quality management, and operational excellence methodologies.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operational initiatives.

  • Exceptional analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, or related discipline).

  • Experience scaling manufacturing operations from development through commercialization.

  • Knowledge of regulated industries and quality standards.

  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence training.
