Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
• Ten or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or food and beverage operations
• Experience overseeing multi-department operations with significant revenue responsibility
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and workplace safety standards
• Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise business systems
• PREFERRED: Casino experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all hospitality operations
• Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership on business objectives
• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Lead and develop senior operational leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with gaming, food safety, labor, and company standards
• Champion exceptional guest service throughout the property
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvements
• Support capital planning and long-term business growth
