About the role
We are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in the North East Region. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region.
- Ensure that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region.
- Provide leadership and direction to regional management.
- Achieve budgeted client retention for the region.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with contract management, multi-unit management, and/or opening new accounts.
