Vice President of Operations – Phoenix, AZ Santa Rita Landscaping is seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to join our growing Phoenix, AZ business as Vice President of Operations. You’ll lead our Phoenix operations, develop great teams, strengthen execution, and build the foundation for sustainable growth. As Vice President Of Operations, You’ll Lead, manage, and hold operational leaders and teams accountable for resultsOwn operational performance, including revenue, gross margin, overhead, forecasting, and KPIsDrive customer satisfaction, retention, quality, and service excellenceDevelop leaders and build a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvementEnsure teams consistently follow company processes, SOPs, and safety standardsAllocate people, equipment, and resources to support operational and growth objectivesIdentify root causes of operational challenges and implement sustainable solutionsPartner with Sales, Finance, HR, and executive leadership to achieve company goals What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Green Industry experience with significant operational leadership responsibilityExperience leading multiple teams, branches, or profit centersStrong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial-management capabilitiesProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teamsStrong customer relationship and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance field execution with strategic and financial leadershipExceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skillsStrong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownershipA Winning Attitude!
