Vice President of Operations

We're hiring a VP of Operations to help lead the next chapter here at PEC (Pacific Energy Concepts). Founded over 17 years ago, we've grown to become North America's most innovative energy optimization company, delivering customized energy-efficiency solutions to over 5,000 clients.

Job

We're looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our executive team as Vice President of Operations. The VP of Operations is a key member of PEC's Executive Leadership Team responsible for scaling and optimizing project operations across current and future energy solution offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15-20+ years of progressive leadership experience in project operations, construction management, or energy solutions.
• Demonstrated success solving complex operational problems and leading enterprise process improvements.
• Experience owning operational budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Experience implementing and optimizing ERP and operational technology platforms.
• Experience building and leading high-performing operational teams at scale.
• Experience across multi-measure energy solutions (lighting, HVAC, solar, storage, BMS, energy data) preferred.
