About the role
The Vice President of Operations oversees all operational functions, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and driving growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting for operational departments.
- Collaborate with other senior executives to align operations with overall company strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
