About the role

The Vice President of Investor Relations will be a proven leader with experience leading financial markets teams in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will master investor relations for both private and public companies, execute earnings materials and messaging with precision, and lead heavily matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage processes including preparing and reviewing quarterly earnings releases and supporting external-facing deliverables
  • Conceptualize, lead, and oversee the company’s participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, and non-deal roadshows
  • Monitor analyst research and review analyst estimates
  • Finalize quarterly documents (releases, scripts, Q&A, etc.)
  • Compile disclosures
  • Manage team, reviewing reporting and documents to ensure client-ready content

Requirements

  • 6-9 years prior IR agency experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Expertise in finance, financial statements, and public company reporting requirements
  • Ability to lead a client’s financial communication strategy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably, exposure to/experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon
