Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the company's investor relations strategy and framework.
  • Managing communications and relationships with shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community.
  • Organizing and participating in investor meetings, conferences, earnings announcements, and roadshows.
  • Monitoring and presenting to management and the board on the views of the investor community regarding company performance, shareholder concerns, and analyst expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in financial disclosures.
  • Collaborating with the CFO to analyze financial results and develop clear, compelling presentations and reports for investors.
  • Leading the investor relations team, setting objectives, and providing mentorship.
  • Proactively addressing and responding to investor inquiries and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned, etc.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial reporting, modeling techniques, and stock market trends.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to articulate complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
  • High level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related area, including significant managerial experience.

Prior Experience

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the company's industry.
  • Previous experience dealing with a large and diverse investor base.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification as an Investor Relations Charter (IRC) holder or similar is highly beneficial.
