About the role
The VP of Information Technology at Grimmway Produce Group is responsible for developing strategy for technology solutions and infrastructure to ensure system stability, support, and service, meeting the changing needs of the business and protecting confidential and integrity of company data and information.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements enterprise IT strategy and large-scale system implementations
- Leverages ERP systems and cybersecurity measures
- Manages budgeting, capital planning, and financial management
- Manages vendor relationships and contracts
- Manages communication systems and computer hardware
- Manages project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including company-wide responsibility
- Proven success leading enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale system implementations
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, servers, cybersecurity, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, capital planning, and financial management
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
- Experience with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with project management methodologies and large-scale program delivery
Qualifications
- Master’s or MBA
- Experience in agriculture, food production, or manufacturing or supply chain-intensive industries
Skills
- ERP systems
- Servers running Windows Server operating systems
- Cybersecurity and data governance
- Business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft Exchange-based
- Communication systems and computer hardware
Benefits
- Starting wage: $210,000 - $260,000/year
- Yearly salary
- Filling deadline: May 14, 2026 (For Internal Employees)
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
