Chimes is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to join its executive leadership team and drive the future of its mission-driven enterprise. This role requires setting the enterprise technology vision, modernizing systems, strengthening cybersecurity, integrating new affiliates, and applying AI and automation to enhance work efficiency and impact.

This is not a maintenance role. It's a build, lead, and transform opportunity. The VP of IT will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization, translating strategy into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support growth and mission.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise IT functions

• Complex, multi-site environment experience (healthcare, human services, nonprofit)
