Vice President of Human Resources
Position Summary

As we continue to evolve, we're seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who can translate business strategy into impactful people solutions while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute people strategies that support the Company's strategic priorities, operational goals, and long-term growth.
Provide executive leadership across all areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, and learning and development.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and position the business for continued growth.
Build and cultivate a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies.
Coach and develop leaders at all levels of the organization, strengthening leadership capability, talent development, and team effectiveness.
Lead talent acquisition strategies that proactively address workforce needs, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Oversee compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs that support employee engagement while aligning with business objectives and financial goals.
Leverage workforce analytics, organizational metrics, and employee insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure HR operations are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices.
Partner with Finance and executive leadership on workforce planning, budgeting, and human capital investments to support organizational performance.
Support the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee through executive compensation planning, talent discussions, governance activities, and strategic human capital initiatives.
Foster a franchisor-first mindset by developing people strategies and resources that support franchisee success while maintaining appropriate employment law compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Human Resources team that serves as a trusted, collaborative partner across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility across multiple HR disciplines.
Broad Human Resources generalist experience with demonstrated success leading talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Proven experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives that improve business performance.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with organizational priorities and operational objectives.
Experience partnering with executive leadership to develop organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive business results.
Demonstrated ability to use data, metrics, and analytics to inform decisions and measure organizational success.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
Public company experience is preferred.
Experience in a multi-unit, franchise, retail, healthcare, or other service-oriented organization is preferred.
Pay
$150k - $175k DOE
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
