Responsibilities

  • Lead all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable workplace.
  • Develop and execute the company's HR strategy.
  • Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Design and manage total rewards and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive pay practices and internal equity.
  • Evaluate benefit plan performance, employee utilization, and cost trends to balance employee value with organizational affordability.
  • Analyze HR metrics and market trends to support data-driven workforce decisions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and compliance with employment legislation.
  • Partner with legal counsel as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Collaborate with operations and business leaders to improve productivity, retention, and organizational performance.
  • Comply with GMP and FSMA guidelines, as well as all safety regulations.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including experience leading HR strategy and supporting executive leadership teams.
  • Proven experience developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy, aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Federal and State employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational objectives into effective people strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, culture transformation, and workforce initiatives in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver presentations and training at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and organize and prioritize complex projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various HRIS systems.
  • Prior experience with UKG preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular or occasional basis.
  • Must be able to inspect all job-related equipment to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use.
  • Must be able to operate all job-related equipment as required.
  • Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks.
