Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on building strong pipelines across business-critical functions
  • Own and enhance performance management, compensation cycles, and promotion frameworks
  • Build and scale manager training and development programs
  • Drive HR operations, including systems, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a cultural leader, helping shape a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • Partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Strong background in recruiting and talent acquisition, ideally across sales and/or technical functions
  • Experience building or improving performance management and compensation programs
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on leader in a lean, high-growth environment
  • Tech-forward mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and tools to drive efficiency
  • Prior experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced environments preferred
