About the role
The Vice President of Foster Care is responsible for overseeing the foster care program within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring the well-being of foster children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for foster care programs
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of foster parents and caseworkers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding foster care
- Provide support and guidance to foster families and caseworkers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate foster care programs to improve outcomes
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in foster care management or related field
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child welfare laws and regulations
Qualifications

Pay
$120,000 - $140,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
