Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- 7+ years of experience in care management or related fields
- Prior management experience is essential
- Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required for the specific role
- Nationally recognized case management certification is mandatory
