Director, Care Management - Foster Care

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate care management team operations to achieve performance goals
• Oversee team performance, talent management, and improvement initiatives
• Set and monitor team goals aligned with quality healthcare metrics
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in care management
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality and cost-efficiency
• Develop clinical care pathways to optimize care delivery and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• 7+ years of experience in care management or related fields
• Prior management experience is essential
• Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required for the specific role
• Nationally recognized case management certification is mandatory

Pay

$121,500 – $224,900 annually
