About the role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own the finance technology ecosystem, centering on Workday ERP and its integrations
- Design scalable finance architecture to ensure efficient data flow into accounting and reporting processes
- Automate finance workflows for improved efficiency in transactions and reporting activities
- Collaborate with various teams to identify gaps and enhance systems integrations
- Develop and build the Finance Technology function, including team and operational structures
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of operational transactions and their integration into accounting systems and financial reporting
- Experience in finance systems architecture across various platforms including ERP and data management systems
- Strong familiarity with Workday Financials or comparable systems like Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP
- Track record in automation and process improvement within finance and accounting functions
- Ability to navigate and lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with significant stakeholder collaboration
Pay
$300,000 – $350,000 annually
