Vice President of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, consolidations, and technical accounting.
• Oversee preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other SEC reporting requirements.
• Manage external audits and support SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Develop financial models supporting ATM offerings, PIPEs, convertible debt, and other capital markets transactions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Partner with executive leadership on board presentations, investor materials, and strategic financial analysis.
• Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor communications.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Drive process improvements and scalable financial operations to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience within a public company finance organization
• Strong expertise in: SEC Reporting, U.S. GAAP, Technical Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Modeling
• Experience preparing and filing 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports
• Experience supporting capital markets transactions and corporate finance initiatives
• Proven leadership experience managing finance and accounting teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Big Four public accounting background
• Experience with SOX, XBRL, and EDGAR reporting
• Experience with newly public companies, RTOs, or de-SPAC transactions
• Background in AI infrastructure, data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, or emerging technologies
• Treasury and foreign exchange (FX) experience plus
