Vice President of Finance

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the team responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in corporate financial decisions.
• Uses data analysis to identify new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the organization.
• Focuses on forecasting funding requirements, structuring financing solutions, and managing risk.
• Manages the organization's cash portfolio to ensure efficient access to capital while optimizing liquidity.
• May lead negotiations with principals and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, EBITDA management, and operational finance.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
