Job Description/Responsibilities
Be a key member of Division Senior Management Team.
Partner with Division President to identify, formulate, and execute strategies to maximize profits and growth.
Partner with other disciplines to develop and implement best practices to achieve the division's goals.
Assist Division President and leadership teams with driving sales, starts, and closing to ensure attainment of business objectives.
Assist Division President in managing the land acquisition pipeline to ensure adequate lot supply to meet future business goals.
Assist Land Acquisition personnel in land requisition analysis, particularly in preparing the project acquisition pro-forma, cash flow, and ROI/IRR analysis.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university
- Budgeting experience
- Supervisory experience
- Eight plus years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate residential accounting
