Vice President of Enrollment Management
About the role
The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) will lead and manage the recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, oversee financial aid administration, and collaborate with senior leaders for marketing and new academic program development. Reporting to the President, the VPEM will establish and implement recruitment and financial aid plans that align with institutional priorities, including discount rate management.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational expertise for recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students.
- Oversee the Office of Admissions in recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students.
- Manage the Office of Student Financial Services in overseeing financial aid administration and student accounts (including billing, account management, etc.).
- Collaborate with senior leaders for marketing and new academic program development.
- Be the University’s chief enrollment officer, responsible for establishing and implementing recruitment and financial aid plans that attract and enroll students aligned with institutional priorities including discount rate management.
- Continue a strong partnership with FPU’s NCAA Division II Athletics program for student athlete recruitment and financial aid distribution.
Requirements
- Experience in undergraduate and graduate recruitment and student financial services-related environments.
- Experience leading and managing recruiting strategies in every modality.
- Experience in achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in discounting and financial aid awarding.
- A strong analytical capacity to generate data to assess effectiveness of admission and aid policies and practices.
