Vice President of Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations across multiple active projects and regional markets.
• Develop and improve construction systems, processes, and operational strategies to support continued growth.
• Oversee project management, field operations, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while driving accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships while expanding trade partner networks in new markets.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience within commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Promised success leading construction teams through growth and organizational expansion.
• Experience developing scalable systems, processes, and operational structure.
• Strong background managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.
• Multifamily construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
