About the role
At AP Academy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our team. This position is responsible for enhancing educational outcomes through innovative teaching methods and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with AP Academy’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with other educators to refine and improve existing curricula.
- Conduct research on best practices in education and incorporate findings into lesson plans and materials.
- Provide feedback and support to students and colleagues on their teaching techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and technologies relevant to AP Academy's field.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in teaching at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of state and national educational standards.
